Reapit announces appointment of Stuart Morris as CCO

London, UK — September 22, 2020 – The Reapit Group announced today that Stuart Morris, Professional Services Director, has been appointed as Chief Customer Officer (CCO) following Richard Day’s departure as CCO.

Morris will now unite the Professional Services and Onboarding departments together with the Customer Success, Support and Training departments to co-ordinate resources and efficiency.

This marks a new chapter with all of Reapit’s customer-facing departments now operating as one cohesive unit under a single leadership; a move that will deliver a smoother experience for the customer from the moment they start out their journey at Reapit.

Morris commented: “Uniting Professional Services, Onboarding, Training, Customer Success and Support within a single group will allow us to provide a seamless journey for our customers from first contact. It also means that we can continue to build on our customer services now that these departments are working in full synchronicity. I welcome the challenge of heading up this unit as the new CCO.”

Throughout his time at Reapit, Day has worked to improve the quality of services available to customers while driving value-added features to enhance the Reapit experience for customers.

Day added: “I am very proud to have played my part in enabling the journey to this point and supporting the growth of a number of teams and leaders within the business. I now plan to spend time with my family and re-kindle my passion for flying before re-entering the job market, ready for the next exciting challenge.”
