You'll receive an alert to confirm we've received your support request, and we'll keep you updated as it's being resolved.

How else does Reapit support my agency?

You'll be assigned a customer success manager, who will support you on an ongoing basis to help you maximise the value of the Reapit platform, recommending ways to use new and existing features to improve your processes.

If I have an issue, how quickly will it be resolved?
