After nine highly successful years of operation with Romans, the Leaders Romans Group (LRG), one of the UK’s largest property services companies, will broaden its adoption of Reapit’s RPS platform across its entire sales division. The market-leading company has extended its partnership with Reapit across the whole group to bring improved functionality, integration, and scalability to the business.
Formed in 2016 from three well-respected and established brands – Leaders, Romans, and Boyer – the group provides customers and clients with a comprehensive range of property-related services through specialist knowledge and technical expertise. By increasing its deployment of Reapit’s services by over 300 percent, LRG will operate the RPS platform in over 100 branches, to drive efficiency and performance across the whole business. This includes the RPS Mobile offering, which gives managers and negotiators instant and remote access to customer data.
This move will provide their sales teams with a number of time-saving functionalities, from internet registrations that automatically log the source of new enquiries, to the ability to pull up information of incoming callers and prompt users to make notes of conversations. Such streamlined interaction with customers through easily accessible information is essential for the continued provision of market-leading services.
