This partnership will be critical in catering to Andrews’ customer-centric strategy, while also driving efficiency, performance, and growth.
Andrews’ appointment of Reapit as a strategic partner is one of a number of recent digital investments and innovations aimed at enhancing the end-to-end customer journey: the implementation of Reapit’s CRM platform across sales, lettings, property management and client accounts is expected to support the company’s growth strategy through the optimisation of central support functions and overall improvement of efficiency within the business.
