Reapit improves agency Compliance in latest update to Property Cloud Online 4.35

London – 25 October 2019 – Reapit has released an update to its Property Cloud Online solution, which offers property agents the ability to run 24/7 on-line registrations and self-service portals for home buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Version 4.35 will focus on new features that help property agency with GDPR compliance.

New and enhanced features include built-in GDPR compliance functionality that enables vendors, applicants, landlords and tenants to self-manage their mailing subscription preferences without having to contact their agency directly or to unsubscribe individually from each mailing list as it come in their inbox. This streamlines agency compliancy requirements by pushing some of the management onto the clients, giving them clear opt-in opt-out options.
