Scheduling Open Houses in AgencyCloud
In Reapit’s AgencyCloud software, it is quick and easy to set up open house appointments. From a property, the Viewings and Keys screen offers an Open House option, which allows you to create multiple open house appointments and add expected attendees. This is then recorded in the Viewings section of the property and applicant journals as an Open House Viewing. During and after open house viewings, logging attendee feedback is easy. You can add interest levels – ranging from Very Interested, Might Be Interested, Not Interested – and follow-up notes. All of which will be logged in the property and applicant journals.

- If open houses occur more often than normal viewings, your system can be configured to give instant access to the Open Houses function from the property record.
- Schedule recurring open house appointments if the property owner prefers this method of viewings.
- It is quick and easy to log interest levels and feedback as soon as the attendee leaves and the viewing ends.
- Hover over the interest levels and feedbacks icon to display attendee notes for quick reference.
