Maximise Each Opportunity with the Applicant Analysis Dashboard

Many buyer applicants are registered into your systems daily, so agents tend to prioritise the applicants that they deem more likely to yield better results. However, it is only when you have a complete picture of all applicant activity that you can ensure you are meeting the service requirements of each customer, which leads to more viewings and offers.

The Applicant Analysis dashboard, one of five Management Information (MI) dashboards in AgencyCloud, offers real-time analysis of your applicant data. All the figures are pulled directly from applicant and property records, so no need to manually extract data when you want to present internally.

You can find the dashboard from the main menu via Reports, and then MI Analysis. You can report on one or more offices and select any month(s) over the last year. And when viewing the results, each statistic links to the relevant record, enabling you to see where the data is from.

Getting the most out of your Applicant Analysis dashboard:

  • Use Power Maps to see where your applicants are based and visually identify buyers with property to sell in your areas.
  • Regularly check the Viewings Breakdown to see the rate of applicants that schedule viewings; a low number could mean that applicant requirements have not been recorded correctly. It also allows you to identify motivated buyers viewing multiple properties with your agency.
  • Use the Weeks to Offer graph to spot trends as to when applicants make an offer after registering. This insight enables you to identify when activity levels typically decrease, which should act as a trigger to keep up regular contact with your applicants – i.e. are they still active? Are their requirements the same? Have they offered with another agent?
  • The Monthly Applicant Statistics provides an overview of key activity levels, such as viewings, offers and accepted offers. Disparities between viewing and offer levels may indicate that you are taking buyers on too many unsuitable viewings.
