Portal Analysis Dashboard in AgencyCloud
The Portal Analysis dashboard, available in AgencyCloud’s Management Information (MI) Suite, offers built-in, real-time analysis of inbound portal leads. The dashboard provides a granular understanding of portal sources to help you identify and focus on more successful marketing channels, allowing you to maximise the return on investment on your marketing budget.
You can find the dashboard from the main menu via Reports, and then MI Analysis.
Here’s a sample dashboard, showing how your applicant leads are broken down per portal. The same can be done for property leads.
Getting the most out of your Portal Analysis dashboard:
- Highlighting Unprocessed registrations (shown below) can help to reduce missed business opportunities, as well as identify training opportunities and strengths within your sales teams.
- Cross referencing market appraisal requests with current property status provides valuable insight into your company’s ability to convert market appraisal to instructions.
- Click on the dashboard to drill down into the data; compare branch by branch to gauge performance across the business, and review data from the last 12 months.
- Output to MS Excel permits further analysis and graphical representation if required.
