Mark is Chief Executive Officer at Reapit, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Reapit.
He has over 30 years of experience in the enterprise IT industry having worked in diverse sectors including enterprise application support, application development, software-as-a-service and business process management. Before joining Reapit, Mark held senior leadership roles including Group Vice-President and General Manager EMEA at Rimini Street, a market leader in third-party support; Managing Director and Vice-President of International Operations EMEA & APAC at Progress Software, a leading platform and technology provider for developing and deploying strategic business applications; as well as Sales and Marketing Director at LexisNexis Visualfiles, where he was responsible for driving many of the property industry data integration standards.
Mark joined Reapit in early 2021.
Jeff is responsible for finance and reporting, HR, taxation, budgeting and business planning and is heavily involved in all group M&A. Previous roles include CFO of Kana Software Inc, an Accel-KKR backed CRM software business that was acquired by Verint Systems for over $500 million in 2014, and CFO at Meridio, acquired by Autonomy in 2007. He has also worked as part of EY and IBI Corporate Finance.
Jeff is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years’ experience within the software, corporate finance and venture capital industries.
Jeff joined Reapit in early 2018.
Dawson is responsible for driving forward Reapit’s technology, innovation and transformation. He has over 16 years’ experience in managing global technology platforms. His previous roles include CTO and VPE roles at DPD Group, Rolls-Royce, EMBL and as Head of Engineering, Platform and Product Engineering at True Corporation.
Dawson has a wealth of experience across multiple asset classes, with a deep knowledge and expertise in areas including innovation through M&A and R&D activities, technology architecture and standards, risk management and corporate strategy.
Dawson joined Reapit in early 2019.
Steve Canning is responsible for Reapit’s global sales strategy and execution. Steve has more than 25 years’ experience in sales leadership roles, including managing and building enterprise sales, growing customer bases, and developing strategic partner alliances across EMEA for leading technology brands such as SAP, Ariba, Procuri, i2 Technologies and Aspect Development.
Steve’s extensive experience in building enterprise sales processes and teams to deliver high-value technology solutions is the ideal match for Reapit’s global growth objectives.
Steve joined Reapit in 2018.
Paul manages Reapit’s Technology Partner Programme and is responsible for building an ecosystem of technology partners who integrate with the Reapit Platform to deliver extended functionality and choice for our customers.
Paul has previously held delivery-focused roles at Reapit and, prior to joining the Reapit, was responsible for business and IT relationships in a number of corporate organisations. He held multiple positions at Countrywide over seven years, with considerable time spent in the London and premier estate agency divisions of the business.
Paul joined Reapit in 2015.
Stuart is responsible for Professional Services, Onboarding, Training, Customer Success and Support, ensuring the right strategy is in place to receive the best service.
He has strong industry experience and has worked in the property industry since 2001, including holding responsibility for all Group Change at Countrywide, one of the UK’s leading property services groups.
He has 18 years’ experience leading major change initiatives and transforming operational functions with a proven track record of building and leading successful teams in the property industry.
Stuart joined Reapit in early 2019.
Sandra is responsible for the marketing function at Reapit. Following a degree in Consumer Psychology, she spent several years in corporate marketing before co-founding an advertising and marketing agency, delivering award-winning campaigns for leading local and global brands for more than 15 years. During this time, she completed her Masters in Business Administration as well as the acclaimed Digital and Social Strategy course at Harvard Business School. As a brand strategy leader, Sandra has helped companies across various industries, including engineering, construction, mining, agriculture and tech, to successfully position and build their brands.
Sandra joined Reapit in 2018.
As Human Resources Manager, Cheryl is responsible for all people related matters for the Reapit UK team.
She has previously held HR roles within the hospitality industry – from hotels, to theatre, to contract catering – dealing with a huge range of HR, training and health & safety situations over a period of twenty years.
Cheryl holds a first degree in Hotel Management and a Master’s degree in HR. She shares a great deal of passion for her role and the connection with employees that it brings. She embraces change and is welcoming new HR challenges that situations such as Brexit and the changing dynamics of the 21st century work environment will bring.
Cheryl joined Reapit in 2017.
Eddie is the APAC Chairman of Reapit, covering both Reapit and Agentbox solutions in the APAC region. He was previously the co-founder of Agentbox, which joined the Reapit family in 2018, and successfully developed the business into Australia’s leading real estate Sales CRM.
Eddie has two great passions, property and technology, and has enjoyed a career of nearly 20 years in the PropTech sector.
Eddie joined Reapit in 2018.
Simon is the General Manager of APAC covering both Reapit and Agentbox solutions. He has a strong background of more than 20 years in senior leadership roles within the PropTech and Real Estate Industries for companies including Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21 Real Estate, Campaigntrack, REIP Board and also founded CLKS Media.
Simon’s keen appetite for real estate and digital innovation along with his strong business acumen provides an outstanding foundation for driving the continued growth of the business in the APAC region. He prides himself on his relationship-focused approach to delivering healthy business metrics and his strategic problem-solving skills that have enabled him to drive significant positive change in many of his previous roles.
