Mark Armstrong, Chief Executive Officer, Reapit
Mark is Chief Executive Officer at Reapit, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Reapit.
He has over 30 years of experience in the enterprise IT industry having worked in diverse sectors including enterprise application support, application development, software-as-a-service and business process management. Before joining Reapit, Mark held senior leadership roles including Group Vice-President and General Manager EMEA at Rimini Street, a market leader in third-party support; Managing Director and Vice-President of International Operations EMEA & APAC at Progress Software, a leading platform and technology provider for developing and deploying strategic business applications; as well as Sales and Marketing Director at LexisNexis Visualfiles, where he was responsible for driving many of the property industry data integration standards.
Jeff Wylie, Chief Financial Officer, Reapit
Jeff is responsible for finance and reporting, HR, taxation, budgeting and business planning and is heavily involved in all group M&A. Previous roles include CFO of Kana Software Inc, an Accel-KKR backed CRM software business that was acquired by Verint Systems for over $500 million in 2014, and CFO at Meridio, acquired by Autonomy in 2007. He has also worked as part of EY and IBI Corporate Finance.
Jeff is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years’ experience within the software, corporate finance and venture capital industries.
Sue Marotta, VP People and Culture, Reapit
Sue is the VP of People and Culture at Reapit, responsible for all people-related matters for the global Reapit team.
She has over 25 years’ experience as a HR professional, holding global HR leadership roles across a wide range of industries: technology (Rimini Street, Rimes Technologies), datacentres (Digital Reality and Iron Mountain), asset management/investment (Balfour Beatty Investments) and joined Reapit from the commercial real estate company, Avison Young. Sue is passionate about developing and delivering people initiatives that make a positive impact on both the employee experience and business performance.
Sue lives in Fulham and spends most of her free time running along the river Thames and local parks and the remainder of the time practising yoga. She loves languages and speaks fluent French, rusty German and is learning Italian.
Andrew Reece, SVP of Strategy, Reapit
Andrew is the SVP of Strategy at Reapit, responsible for supporting the successful integration of IRE products and services into Reapit and fast-tracking growth in the UK&I.
Andrew is an Aussie, born and raised in Queensland, who loves making tech to help property people. He has more than 25 years’ experience in operating his own businesses, particularly in the property and software sectors.
His career has included numerous presentations at property industry events, where his honesty and openness deliver pragmatic insights into the challenges faced by estate agencies. Andrew’s innovative systems, processes and procedures were ground-breaking when they were developed and are still effective to this day.
Dawson Scott, Chief Technology Officer, Reapit
Dawson is responsible for driving forward Reapit’s technology, innovation and transformation. He has over 16 years’ experience in managing global technology platforms. His previous roles include CTO and VPE roles at DPD Group, Rolls-Royce, EMBL and as Head of Engineering, Platform and Product Engineering at True Corporation.
Dawson has a wealth of experience across multiple asset classes, with a deep knowledge and expertise in areas including innovation through M&A and R&D activities, technology architecture and standards, risk management and corporate strategy.
Patrick Hannah, Chief Marketing Officer, Reapit
Patrick is the Group Chief Marketing Officer at Reapit, responsible for leading Reapit’s global marketing organisation.
He has significant experience in marketing and general management in large, multinational businesses such as Cisco, American Express and with smaller businesses experiencing periods of transformation and high growth. In recent years Patrick’s primary focus has been on digital transformation, product marketing and post M&A brand development.
He lives in London, with his wife and two cats, enjoys messing around on motorbikes, most sports but mainly rugby, and loves travelling.
Steve Dobson, VP Business Operations
Steve is responsible globally for providing insight across the entire customer lifecycle with Reapit. This sees him collaborate closely with all other functional leaders to ensure a holistic view of business performance is tracked, understood, and used to make decisions that continue to benefit Reapit customers.
He has over 20 years’ experience in finance and operational roles in technology companies. His previous roles include Commercial Finance Director at LexisNexis and most recently Revenue Operations Director, EMEA and LatAm for Rimini Street.
Outside of work it’s spending time with the family and the dog, one of which is superbly trained, the other’s a continual work in progress.
UK&I Leadership Team
Vince Lucey, Regional VP & Regional Revenue Officer, Reapit UK&I
Vince is responsible for Reapit UK&I’s sales strategy and execution.
Vince has extensive experience working in the software industry in Senior Sales Leadership positions managing Sales teams and has a strong track record of leading teams to growth and expansion as well as developing teams for success. Before joining Reapit, Vince was the Vice President of Sales across EMEA at Rimini Street, a market leader in third party support, Sales Director at Oracle responsible for Oracles Private Cloud Infrastructure software as well as holding positions at EMC and Symantec. Vince holds an MBA from New Buckinghamshire University and enjoys a game of golf when he gets some time.
Paul Starkey, Chief Commercial Officer, Reapit UK&I
Paul manages Reapit’s Technology Partner Programme and is responsible for building an ecosystem of technology partners who integrate with the Reapit Platform to deliver extended functionality and choice for our customers.
Paul has previously held delivery-focused roles at Reapit and, prior to joining the business, was responsible for business and IT relationships in a number of corporate organisations. He held multiple positions at Countrywide over seven years, with considerable time spent in the London and premier estate agency divisions of the business.
Nick Tiley, Regional Chief Technology Officer, Reapit UK&I
Nick is the UK&I Regional CTO at Reapit, responsible for the technological strategy and delivery of the company’s UK products. Nick is also responsible for Reapit UK&I’s Engineering teams and processes, ensuring that the high standards of quality, reliability and security that our customers expect and that establish Reapit as a market leader are met.
Nick has worked for Reapit in multiple geographies and with multiple products; across Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Block Management and Client/Trust Accounts. He has built a deep understanding of the Real Estate domain and the Reapit Group products and technologies. As well as contributing directly to development of Reapit products including AgencyCloud and Foundations, he has also managed development teams across multiple technologies including native Mobile, Desktop and browser-based applications.
Stuart Morris, Chief Customer Officer, Reapit UK&I
Stuart is responsible for Professional Services, Onboarding, Training, Customer Success and Support, ensuring the right strategy is in place to receive the best service.
He has strong industry experience and has worked in the property industry since 2001, including holding responsibility for all Group Change at Countrywide, one of the UK’s leading property services groups.
He has 18 years’ experience leading major change initiatives and transforming operational functions with a proven track record of building and leading successful teams in the property industry.
Tommy Powell, Head of Marketing, Reapit UK&I
Tommy is the Head of Marketing for the UK and Ireland at Reapit, responsible for defining the marketing strategy for the UK and Ireland, and leading the marketing team in the execution of plans designed to drive awareness and generate demand for Reapit’s software solutions.
He is an award-winning marketing leader with a wealth of experience building and growing B2B SaaS technology brands. He has more than two decades’ marketing experience and a proven ability to deliver top class solutions and results-driven campaigns in businesses ranging from start-ups to global brands. Most recently, Tommy has been advising transport data start-up CitySwift on marketing strategy, product positioning and demand generation.
Tommy is a big music fan and record collector, having spent a large chunk of the 90s/00s DJing at venues in and around London. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters at their holiday home in Fuerteventura and cruising the UK’s inland waterways on their narrowboat. He’s also an avid craft beer fan and enjoys trying new beers at festivals and other beery events.
ANZ Leadership Team
Charlie Holland, Chief Executive Officer, Reapit ANZ
Charlie is the CEO of Reapit ANZ, responsible for the operations of the Australia and New Zealand region. He brings to the Reapit group a wealth of experience in building and leading successful businesses in the PropTech and FinTech sectors. He has established a reputation for his unpretentious leadership, strong focus on continual improvement, and data-driven approach to business strategy.
In his personal time, you will find him playing or chasing his two kids at the beach, park or ski hill and if time permits golfing with mates.
Charlie joined Console as CEO in 2018, before transitioning to the role of CEO of Reapit ANZ in 2022.
Matt McGown, Regional Product & Marketing Officer, Reapit ANZ
Matt is the Regional Product & Marketing Officer for Reapit ANZ, responsible for developing and positioning the product suite in the region.
He is a serial entrepreneur and brings a wealth of experience from founding and operating businesses in both the fintech and SaaS space. He has also held senior management roles within private equity firms focussed on purchasing and optimising real estate businesses. This experience and a passion for the real estate industry have made him a significant contributor to the success of one of our newest platforms: Console Cloud.
Simon Cashman, Regional Chief Revenue Officer, Reapit ANZ
Simon is the Regional Chief Revenue Officer at Reapit ANZ. He has a strong background of more than 20 years in senior leadership roles within the PropTech and Real Estate Industries for companies including Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21 Real Estate, Campaigntrack, REIP Board and also founded CLKS Media.
Simon’s keen appetite for real estate and digital innovation along with his strong business acumen provides an outstanding foundation for driving the continued growth of the business in the ANZ region. He prides himself on his relationship-focused approach to delivering healthy business metrics and his strategic problem-solving skills that have enabled him to drive significant positive change in many of his previous roles.
