When your buyer has been agreed and status is Under Offer or SSTC, your property record, including buyer, seller, legal and financial firms, is moved  into mio.  On exchange, completion, or even withdrawal, the your sales progression notes and chat messages will be transferred to your AgencyCloud for your record-keeping.
