We know that moving into a new home is busy and stressful. Our Home Setup Service makes things easier, streamlining dozens of different services into one simple process.
Using our clever Home Move Platform, movers are able to confirm their details and then select from a whole host of different services. They can then easily set up utilities and compare tariffs from our panel of vetted suppliers. Covering everything from gas & electricity through to Royal Mail Redirects, we can help. We even provide ongoing aftercare to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Our app improves the efficiency in which you can supply all of the relevant information to us that we need to be able to provide the Home Setup Service to your movers. In addition to this, specifically for lettings agents, we are able to also assist with Utilities Management meaning the days of you sitting on hold to suppliers could be long gone.
One of the keys to us delivering the service successfully to your customers is the timing at which we receive the data from you. With our app, as soon as the status of the move changes to the designated trigger within AgencyCloud we will receive it. All you have to do is to log into our portal, confirm the details, and complete the submission.
We pay commission to you for any customer that uses our Home Setup Service to take out a fee generating service, such as broadband, media or insurance.
You are able to work with us in two ways – either via a fully integrated model or an introducer (opt-in) model. Each of these models naturally has its own benefits but the key to both is that the mover fully understands what we offer.
The more that our Service is incorporated into your processes the better the conversions we see. Fully engaged movers, who have had the service explained clearly to them, are more likely to use the Home Setup Service.
