“At the start of 2019 our Customer Success Manager came to see us, and they were keen to promote the benefits of the Marketing Intelligence (MI) reporting suite. Of particular interest to us was the Applicant MI report as it directly showed where activity levels were good and where they needed some attention. It has meant that we have focussed in on motivated and proceedable applicants which is reflected in the activity levels. Year on year, our number of applicants that are viewing more than one property in the month they register has increased by 26%, which can only be positive news for our vendors as it means we are showing more properties to the right applicants.
It has also allowed us to easily recognise the applicants registering with us who also present a valuation opportunity, and so our total number of market appraisals conducted to date this year is 5% up on the same stage as last year. More market appraisals and a refined applicant management programme means our overall figures are very positive.”
