From those that registered online which went on to list and successfully sell through Julian Wadden, an additional £115k in fees has been generated allowing our business to grow and thrive in what has been a turbulent year.

From this, we know that 20 of our sales applicants are purchasing property as a buy-to-let investment, allowing us to offer an end-to-end service from purchasing to letting and managing the new landlord’s investment property.”
