Integrating iamproperty’s award-winning Auction solution, iamsold, will give agents that use Reapit the opportunity to maximise pipeline turnover and drive more revenue, benefitting from auction’s speed and security.
The Auction solution enables faster sales with 56-day completions, less chance of fall throughs with a 95% success rate, and 7-day payments, all while offering clients more choice and control.
With the integration, agents can automatically link properties and clients and share viewing information, streamlining their workflow and optimising efficiency and accuracy.
Property and client details will be pulled through from Reapit, allowing auction stock to be referred to iamproperty without the need to duplicate data across systems. Viewing information is shared automatically for all connected transactions, boosting results and delighting clients. That and the ability to automatically sync viewing appointments, status and viewer feedback, ensures agents always have the latest information.
The partnership comes at a time when sale by auction is experiencing record growth, with more appetite than ever from both agents and consumers. iamproperty Auction sales now account for over 1% of all UK property transactions.
