Set up email triggers on works orders

You can now set up triggers and actions (known as workflows) when creating or changing the status of a works order. 

For example, being prompted to email your tenant (or you can set it to auto-send) when a works order has been logged and is in progression; or, informing your landlord when the works order status changes to completed.

Specify access arrangements on works orders

Predefine a list of access arrangements (e.g., collect property keys from the office) to be recorded on works orders. Arrangements will also be displayed in subsequent PDFs and printed documents.
