Add alerts on property and applicant records to ensure important updates aren’t missed. The alerts will display on respective Activity Feeds, associated contact records, and relevant landlord and works order records when changes are made to lettings properties.
An Alerts column has been added to relevant reports to help you proactively manage any property, applicant and contacts records with alerts.

Override the number of days holding deposits can be held before triggering an alert, and easily identify holding deposits which have been held for too long.
Key updates made on tenancy records, including changes to start and end dates, as well as rent amount and frequency, are now automatically recorded in the Activity Feed.
