LetAlliance is now officially integrated into the Reapit platform, progressing our overall objective to drive efficiency, accessibility and cost-saving for our customers via third party integrations.
LetAlliance is a solution provider of tenant referencing, rent guarantee and rental insurance. Their products and services can forthwith be accessed seamlessly from within Reapit’s RPS application, offering an unrivalled tool for agents to access client data and referencing services in the same place, on demand.
With the fees ban on everyone’s mind, the benefits offered by the integration will help agencies optimise and track costs associated with referencing in a time when every penny spent will be scrutinised. And whilst LetAlliance is not the only player in their arena, it’s the extensive suite of products they offer that helps the agent and their clients to consolidate, including:
- Intelligent referencing and insurance solutions for letting agents.
- Nil Deposit Scheme as an alternative to a traditional deposit for tenants and landlords.
- Specialist buildings and contents insurance for letting agent, tenant and landlord customers.
- The first total loss Client Money Protection in the rental sector.
This integration will minimise admin time, reduce costs, and give both Reapit and LetAlliance customers quicker access to the products and services of both companies.
Andy Halstead, CEO at LetAlliance is well pleased with the partnership, noting that Reapit’s market leading position in estate agency software made the company a natural partner for their solutions.
One of the first completed installations of the integrated offer was at Ryder & Dutton, a customer of both Reapit and LetAlliance. Richard Powell, a director at the agency, recently commented on the efficiencies produced by this combined offer: “After we’ve arranged for a potential tenant to view a property in RPS and they’ve decided to make an application, we would have to leave RPS and go into the LetAlliance system to check references. But with this integration, we can enter the details into the LetAlliance referencing system without having to come out of RPS, saving us time and improving our services.”
Putting growth on repeat for our customers is the ultimate goal here at Reapit, and strategic partnerships is just one more way we ensure that it gets done.
