Market appraisal leads, in particular, require the most attention, as anyone selling their most valuable asset won’t opt for the agency which makes them feel least prioritised. But how can you tell if your staff are providing enough support, maximising each opportunity, and know exactly where key weaknesses lie?
Market Appraisal Analysis dashboard in AgencyCloud
The Market Appraisal (MA) Analysis dashboard, one of five Management Information (MI) dashboards in AgencyCloud, provides built-in, deep analysis of your market appraisals. This real-time dashboard helps to highlight trends and identify opportunities in your existing data.
And all the figures are pulled directly from MA appointments in your Reapit diary, journal activity and property records, so no need to manually extract and double enter data.
You can report on one or more offices and select any month(s) over the last year. And when viewing the results, each statistic links to the relevant record, enabling you to see where the data is from.
Find the dashboard from the main menu via Reports, and then MI Analysis.
Getting the most out of your MA Analysis dashboard:
- Use Market Appraisal to Instruction Ratio to understand your agency’s ability to convert MAs. A low percentage may prompt a review of your pitching approach, or whether you are keeping up regular contact with MAs during the post-appraisal stage.
- Use MAs Not Contacted to easily identify and target leads that require more nurturing. It also allows you to gain an understanding of how proactively your team are following up appointments.
- Review the Average Days to Instruction to gauge the time it typically takes for your MAs to convert. A high number in the 3-4+ Weeks result poses the question as to why it takes so long, and what you can do to speed up the process.
- Review Lost MA Reasons to find out exactly why a customer decided not to instruct, helping you to identify potential weaknesses in your business offering, along with Lost MA Agents to see which competitors outperformed you.
