London, UK – July 26, 2022 – IRE’s KeyWhere is now live and ready to install on the Reapit AppMarket for AgencyCloud users.
Leading tech company Inspect Real Estate (IRE) has announced a new partnership with Reapit’s AppMarket, enabling Reapit customers to integrate their AgencyCloud CRM with KeyWhere, the real-time key tracking solution that saves time wasted chasing missing keys.
IRE’s KeyWhere General Manager, Mitch Fullelove, said: “KeyWhere’s state-of-the-art key panels worked with IRE’s proprietary software to give agents accurate and up-to-date information about key movements and statuses.”
“Each position on a KeyWhere panel has eight different colour codes that indicate the whereabouts and status of a particular key. Our hardware talks to our software, providing agents with instant information and feedback about each key. And no one has to worry about long, drawn-out, annual key reconciliation tasks anymore – with KeyWhere, your keys are always reconciled and organised.”
KeyWhere has proved a hit across the world since it was released in late 2019, with the 1,500 panels installed in estate agents’ offices in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and the United States helping agents manage more than 1,222, 101 (1.2 million) keys.
Mitch added: “Using RFID technology and our custom-built software, KeyWhere allows keys to ‘talk’ to the panel which then reports the status of the keys back to the software, live and in real time, updating the key status at the time of reservation, borrowing and returning. The system does all the communication with the borrower for you, as well as reminding them before and after its overdue. With KeyWhere, sneaky borrowers who take keys without any records will be a thing of the past.”
Mark Armstrong, CEO, Reapit, said: “IRE’s new KeyWhere is an innovative solution which will enable our customers to save time, and therefore money. Its addition to Reapit’s AppMarket is an illustration of the breath of partnerships we’re building to enable customers to use technology to increase efficiency.”
