RPS - Reapit Property System

RPS is a powerful but easy to use system, designed to handle all stages of the estate agency process, including marketing, administration and management.

Features include applicant to property matching, generation of reports and particulars, uploads to Internet portals, and dealing with administration of the selling process.

RPS, like all of Reapit's software, features excellent integration with other systems, including e-mail, TAPI telephone systems and postcode software.

RPS 10 now integrates sales and lettings, replacing RPL.

RPB is designed for property search companies that provide services to buyers rather than vendors.

RPA is designed to support residential property auctioneers, holding information on properties, auctions and referring agents.

RPC - Reapit Property Contacts

RPC is a contact management system, specifically designed for the property sector. The software allows contacts to be classified and sorted, and is suitable for lead generation and mailing lists.

RPC is available in a standalone version, as well as integrating with RPS and RPL.

RPL - Reapit Property Lettings (obsolete - now integrated into RPS 10)

RPL is designed to handle lettings and marketing from the point of view of a negotiator.

Features include applicant to property matching, generation of reports and particulars, uploads to Internet portals, and dealing with administration of the letting process.

RPL does not provide management and accounting facilities, and so is recommended for use in agencies where a separate system is in place.
