Reapit Wins Gold for 'Best UK Supplier: Technology'

9th Nov 2017

Reapit has completed a clean-sweep of major industry awards by adding Supplier of the Year: Technology to their trophy cabinet from The Negotiator Awards 2017. This follows a bronze award from the EA Masters for Large Supplier of the Year last month and Supplier of the Year: Technology at the ESTAs earlier in the year.

Simon Whale, Director at Reapit commented: “We are thrilled to have been recognised for excellence again and it completes a great year where we have been rated highly by varying methods including judging panels and direct customer feedback at these three prominent industry events.”

A principle tenet of Reapit’s award entry for The Negotiator was proactive service delivery. Over the past 18 months, Reapit has sought new ways to proactively ensure that all clients continue to see a good return on their investment in Reapit’s software and service. Earlier this year, they introduced complimentary courses for branch managers to improve their understanding of the software and share best-practice on branch management techniques. The first 6 sessions were oversubscribed within a day of bookings being taken and over 400 branch managers have since been on this free course.

Andrew Tyler, Head of Consultancy at Reapit commented: “We train new users to a high standard and senior management are regularly educated on changes to Reapit, but we realised that front-line management were not getting the same level of attention from us. The course has been very well received and many branch managers have reported a much-improved performance for their office since attending."

There is now a proactive support team at Reapit who continually monitor and solve issues before clients even notice them. Conventional support has also seen significant enhancement with dual support teams in Leeds and Solihull now offering geographical redundancy and collectively answering 94% of support calls within 3 rings.

With over £400 million in agency fees processed by Reapit’s main platform in the past year and over £140 million in rent collected via their accredited Client Accounts solution, the company has laid the foundations for significant growth by investing for scalability.

Simon Whale commented: “Reapit is used by 20,000 users and we want to ensure each and every one of those users receive a consistently high standard of service. Entering these awards is as much about proving to ourselves that we are doing a great job as to the wider industry. We have a fantastic team who get a real boost from these accolades.”
