Project Process

Starting your Project

Starting your Project

Reapit prides itself in providing an unparalleled service, and this includes the delivery of our software to new clients. Our project delivery team is dedicated purely to this process.

We have vast experience of successfully delivering our software to a wide range of clients from one office start-ups through to large scale international organisations.

Understanding your Business

Understanding your Business

Once you have returned a signed contract, we will assign your project manager.

They will arrange an onsite workshop to gather all the information we require to configure your system. During this day we also ask to sit with your administration team to capture your processes, including a review of all letters, documentation and marketing material that is produced.

Building your System

Building your System

Our Project Process is broadly split into four key stages:

Project Initiation - Capturing the necessary information to help drive the project forwards.

System Build & Configuration - We configure the software to your bespoke requirements.

Project Go-Live - Helping you during the rollout of our software.

Project Closure - Handover to support.

Project Go-Live

Project Go-live

During the go-live period, the Reapit project manager remains fully engaged with you to collate feedback and to support your staffs uptake.

Our support desk is on-hand from the go-live day for all your staff to provide advice on how to use RPS as well as a traditional helpdesk service.

Continuing Service

Continuing Service

Typically around 4-6 weeks after installation and when we feel the software is bedded in, the project phase will come to an end and your Client Services Manager will be responsible for your on-going service from Reapit.

They will have been working on your account since the beginning of the project stage, so will already be familiar with your work and will organise a face-to-face meeting shortly after the project closes.
