We are looking to recruit a junior website developer with good design and web development skills. Working within a commercial website team you will be responsible for both working on existing websites and developing new sites.

You should have experience in website development using PHP, MySQL and CSS. In addition you will need a good design eye with experience of using Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro for producing graphics.

The successful applicant will have previously developed websites, have a good understanding of CSS and is looking at developing their skills in a large commercial environment. You will be expected to ‘hit the ground running' and along with the above skills you will be:
- A hands on developer, who can solve the many CSS problems that exist on cross browsers.
- A team player with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

The successful candidates will work within the existing development team and focus on a variety of projects including data conversions, custom forms, mobile applications and websites along with any other bespoke developments that are requested. Good knowledge of at least one Microsoft Visual programming language is required and experience with relational databases is essential. The ideal candidate will be articulate and personable. Based in our central Leeds office, conveniently located a few minutes from Leeds train station, this role is ideal as a first job from University but would also suit candidates with some experience of a support environment. You should have advanced Windows knowledge, and ideally some programming or IT support experience.
