We strongly believe that every client is different. Rather than take a one-size-fits-all approach, we think that personal service gives the greatest rewards and so we have a Client Services team who work individually with every client.

With regular onsite consultation we proactively listen to your requests and conduct regular reviews to ensure you are maximising the potential delivered by our suite of products.

Working with You

After the software has been installed, you will be assigned a Client Services Manager who will get to know you and through regular calls and visits develop an in-depth understanding of your business and then advise how you can get the best out of the product.

Your Client Services Manager also works closely with all our other departments at Reapit to ensure your requests are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Our Team

Unlike some other companies, our Client Services Managers are not salesmen, so their approach is independent and consultative. They come from a variety of backgrounds, some have been agents, some have worked in agencies in other roles and some are more technical. During the project process, we will look at your business, and decide who is the best person to look after your firm.
