Junior Website Developer
Location:Solihull

We are looking to recruit a junior website developer with good design and web development skills. Working within a commercial website team you will be responsible for both working on existing websites and developing new sites.
You should have experience in website development using PHP, MySQL and CSS. In addition you will need a good design eye with experience of using Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro for producing graphics.
The successful applicant will have previously developed websites, have a good understanding of CSS and is looking at developing their skills in a large commercial environment. You will be expected to ‘hit the ground running' and along with the above skills you will be:

Client Services Administrator
Location:Leeds

In the role of Client Services Administrator you will be responsible for collating client requests and issues raised during Account Meetings and Training sessions in order to assist Account Managers in the management and progression of all items raised. This will include the escalation of all requests to the relevant department as well as ensuring all required information is available to provide a speedy and appropriate resolution in all cases.
The main responsibilities for this role are:
- Collating all client requests as provided by the Account Manager
- Sanitisation of client requests to prevent unnecessary escalation
- Management and progression monitoring of all cases
- Providing a central point of contact for clients to obtain updates on outstanding issues
- Assisting Account Managers and Support Team with client queries
- Liaising closely with clients and Account Managers to agree fees and deadlines for chargeable work
- Production of Client Licensing Reports
- Responding to Accounts department on client queries regarding billing
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Excellent Customer Service
Ability to manage own workload efficiently and effectively
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of RPS and other applications provided
Ability to assess client requests from a non-technical client based point of view

Technical Administrator

The Technical Administrator (Client Services) is responsible for providing bespoke templates and report files to our clients. You will be maintaining the high level of quality that Reapit is proud of and will work closely with Account Managers and Senior Managers within our client base to ensure their requirements are met.
The main responsibilities of this role are:
- The creation and modification of property brochure templates either following a client's design or designing them yourself
- The creation and modification of HTML email templates either following a client's design or designing them yourself
- The creation and modification of Microsoft Visual FoxPro Report templates
- The management, testing, sign off and distribution to clients' systems of template files produced
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- A keen eye for design
- A high level of attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML
- An understanding of how to deliver high levels of Customer Service
- The ability to plan and prioritise your own work

Clients:
