Record Breaking Reapit

On Friday 2nd December, Reapit broke a new record: it became the first ever PropTech company to win Gold best Supplier of the Year - the only Supplier category at the Estate & Lettings Agency of the Year Awards in Association with the Sunday Times and The Times - for the fourth time. This marks the company’s eighth award, another record, in the Supplier category for both Sales and Lettings. A true testament to their constant product development, customer management and training.

Over the last 19 years, Reapit has carved a niche for itself and delivers the only ICAEW and NALS accredited, combined sales, lettings and accounts software solution. Reapit clients value the synergy the software provides between the differing departments and this has helped the PropTech company maintain its position as the leading software supplier in the property industry.

The judging process for the Estate Agency of the Year Awards, which was held at the prestigious London Hilton Metropole, took place over a four-month period. The expert panel assessed each entry until they crowned a winner. Simon Whale, Director at Reapit commented: “Year on year, the competition hots up and that’s why we’re over the moon to be awarded Supplier of the Year for the fourth time.”

“They have developed the product to meet the ever-changing requirements of both the sales and lettings industries as well as compliance with legislative changes: 270 new pieces of functionality have been built into the Reapit solution this year alone. Eight-week development cycles ensure that the product is always improving and thorough testing ensures they are market-ready before launch.”

“The solution can be fully integrated with over 50 other solutions so clients are assured of a fully joined up overview of their business performance. Clients can access fantastic training so they can maximise the potential of their software. Through this, they not only learn how to apply the functionality but also interact regularly with their account manager.
