Reapit wins Software Provider of the Year

Reapit has been recognised for its outstanding customer service to its clients by the largest and longest running award scheme in the UK residential property industry.  The ESTAS determines the best suppliers in the industry, based purely on feedback from estate and letting agents who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received.  This year’s competition saw over 34,000 surveys completed.

Reapit was presented with the ‘Best in Sector’ award for the Software category after obtaining a 97.3% customer satisfaction score from its customers.  The award was announced by Phil Spencer, the TV property expert, at a lavish luncheon & ceremony at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London, and was attended by 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.
