Simone joins Reapit after twelve years at the Press Association where she worked most recently as Head of Service and Support, covering customer services and IT support throughout the business, both internally and externally supporting a full range of clients including the BBC and SKY TV.
Simone’s responsibilities at Reapit include looking after the Support, Account Management and Client Services teams.
