Reapit & MyHomeMove integrate systems to drive revenues for Estate Agents

In an industry first, the UK’s largest conveyancer, MyHomeMove, and leading provider of Estate Agency software, Reapit, have integrated their systems, giving their clients a unique opportunity to increase revenue whilst saving time.

With sales transaction volumes falling since the credit crunch, proactive estate agents have been looking at new ways to increase their revenue streams. One of these streams is conveyancing.

Traditionally, agents have referred to their chosen conveyancer via manual methods such as telephone or fax, which inevitably take time and effort on the part of the agent. At best the software could generate an Email.

Now, with the new integration between the two firms, it is possible to seamlessly generate a printed or PDF quote from the agent's Reapit desktop.  Once the quote has been accepted, MyHomeMove can then be instructed by simply clicking on a button in RPS. It is this simplicity that is leading to more referrals and therefore more revenue for agents.

Once the sale is in progress, tracking the case can now be accessed in real time directly from within the Reapit software, saving agents valuable time when chasing sales and updating chains.

Andrew Grant is an 11-office network covering Worcestershire, Herefordshire and adjoining counties and they have been trialling the integrated system during its beta testing phase.
Andrew Grant’s Managing Partner, David Stuart-Smith, comments: "We’ve always prided ourselves at combining both the traditional facets of the business and embracing innovative change that can deliver an improved level of service to our clients and ultimately save ourselves time and improve our bottom line.
"When Reapit and MyHomeMove approached us with an idea of improving the whole process, we jumped at the chance and I’ve got to say it’s refreshing to deal with two such forward-thinking companies that have been so receptive to our additional ideas to enhance the service.

"All too often when multiple partners have been involved in the past you can get into a muddle, with communication breakdowns and the like but I’m delighted that this hasn’t been the case, in fact it’s been first class.

"We’ve seen not only a higher level of referrals but also seen a reduction in the time from offer to exchange which ultimately means less deals falling through. Who wouldn’t be happy with that?"

Reapit director, Simon Whale, commented: "We are thrilled to be the first estate agency software supplier to fully integrate our systems with MyHomeMove.  This alliance between two award-winning, market-leading suppliers will undoubtedly significantly benefit agents and is another example of the value we always strive to deliver for our clients."

MyHomeMove’s National Sales Director, Stephen Hayter, comments: "This is the most comprehensive integration that we have done. No more duplication of effort, just a comprehensive quote exactly when you want it. We are already seeing the dividends."
