Five Office Central London Agency Goes Live with RPS

Reapit has converted another client over from Encore Live. Hurford Salvi Carr is the latest estate agency to go live with our multi-award-winning solution. Sixteen users across Salvi Hurford Carr’s five central London offices are now using RPS to manage their property sales database.

The team scored us a perfect ten in a recent NPS survey, demonstrating their satisfaction with the project and go-live phases. They’ve already reported seeing benefits to their business too, including improvements with matching and in their data housekeeping.

Reapit built a number of third party integrations into their customised build of RPS. These included integrations with the following: Ravensworth, to make the process of ordering printed literature quick and easy; TAPI, to allow users to call clients through RPS and also to display the relevant contact record when a customer calls up and SMS Speedway, so that they can send confirmation of appointments by text message.
